Overcoming Data & Quality Control of Policy Issuance
Printing paper policies for UFA Assurance made them vulnerable to security breaches, theft or data quality damage. In order to service their customers in real-time UFA Assurance chose to partner with Infotec Systems to overcome their challenge, through an innovative solution that keeps up with their high-volume issuance.
More than 25 personalized & secure card printers were deployed in a centralized card issuance center; each printer is capable of printing more than 30,000 cards per year. Infotec’s solution also included consultation on differentiated card offering for different policy holders, a complimentary maintenance contract, and staff training on issuance systems to ensure optimal product life-cycle and minimal depreciation of the secure card printers.
Delivering Personalization On-Demand and On-Site
Upon installing, UFA Assurance gained an immediate competitive advantage through the differentiated designs that increased brand visibility and satisfied different audiences.
Moreover, customer satisfaction increased as they were able to replace lost policies on-site so as to cater for their customer’s growing demand for instant services. The newly instant issuance smart cards are also used 0.5x more and have a longer life span than traditional paper policy.
Expanding Instant Issuance Services to Rural Communities
While UFA Assurance built a centralized card issuance center, their new service was needed in rural office locations. Consequently, Infotec Systems deployed instant issuance desktop printers that are office friendly and acquire minimal space in UFA’s Beqaa offices. This eliminated delivery costs and allowed the center to print encoded & secure cards in minimal or high-volume batches.
With the proper guidance from Infotec Systems, UFA was able to benefit from the opportunities presented by instant issuing solutions. It increased their customer satisfaction, added new security features to protect their volatile customers’ data, and lead to fewer operative measure which boosted local demand for their services.
